Ushering

• To usher in people for all services
• Greet, sit people in their preferred places
• Maintain orderliness during services by minimizing interruptions
• Nursing mothers must be encouraged to drop their children in the children dept
• Must collect offerings for all services, take attendances, and keep register current with signature of ministering ministers
• Must come before services to arrange sanctuary and be sure envelopes are available on all seats
• All hymnals must be distributed during services and stacked back in the trolley in the conference room
• Must be neatly dressed.
